Mainly the attention of the staff who were exceedingly helpful to strangers to Serbia.Reception staff were particularly good.
Meals were rather pedestrian but plentiful and reasonable in price.

During my Christmas break, I stayed at this new hotel that offered great value for money. The spacious rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's beautiful garden with its fountain was the best aspect of my stay, and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sauna. Another advantage was the hotel's location, just a short distance from the highway and perfect for rest during a long-distance trip.
The location of the hotel might not suit those travelling on foot as it is up a steep hill a bit far from the town centre. the breakfast service could have been better, as guests were charged extra for tea or coffee, and the juices were not freshly squeezed.

The hotel had free parking and wifi, and the staff was friendly and spoke English. the location was convenient as it was close to the center of town and had good access to transportation. the hotel had a nice garden area perfect for relaxing.
The room was outdated and looked worn out. Furniture was old and mismatched, and there was no welcome tray or coffee maker available in the room.
